Does Verragio sell directly to the public?

VERRAGIO does not sell directly to the public. All Verragio jewelry is distributed to the public exclusively through our authorized retailers, who have been carefully selected to represent the quality of our brand name. As a result, you can be assured that you are receiving a premium product backed by unsurpassable service. A listing of our authorized retailers can be found here. All price inquiries and purchases must be made through authorized retailers.

How do I know that I received an authentic Verragio ring?

All VERRAGIO rings are inscribed with our trademark on the inside of the band of each ring. This is to ensure that you are purchasing a genuine VERRAGIO ring. If you are not sure if the ring you purchased is VERRAGIO, please contact us and we will try to make sure it is. Please be aware that we recently started to engrave the serial number of the ring for easy identification. This is a unique six-digit number that helps us quickly authenticate each ring.

What are my choices of metals when choosing a Verragio design?

Verragio designs are available in your choice of Platinum, 14K and 18K White and Yellow Gold and 18K and 20K Rose Gold. For a ring that is truly unique, you are welcome to combine any of the above metals into one ring.

What quality diamonds does Verragio use in each collection?

Verragio uses F-G color and VS clarity diamonds in the Insignia, Venetian and Couture Collections. Verragio uses F-G color and SI clarity diamonds in the Parisian Collection. Verragio uses G-H color and SI in the Renaissance Collection.

Do Verragio engagement ring settings include the center diamond?

All Verragio rings are sold as “semi-mounts”, which means that the ring will come complete with all diamonds and gemstones set EXCEPT for the center stone. Verragio manufactures all rings according to the size and shape of the stone you choose, so the choice of shape and size is up to you. Any of Verragio's authorized retail partners will be happy to choose the perfect center stone for your Verragio engagement ring.

What can you tell me about the “Starting Price” listed on Verragio.com?

Verragio makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing shown on Verragio.com, but due to various customizations such as finger size, center stone shape/size, modifications and metal selection, there may be some variations. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, without any written notice or other notification.

Is every Verragio ring shown on the website?

Although Verragio.com features a wide array of engagement rings and wedding bands, it is not representative of the entire VERRAGIO collection. The styles featured on the site are some of our most popular styles. The see an expansive view of the Verragio collection, please visit an authorized retailer.

What is the typical turnaround time for a Verragio engagement ring and/or wedding band?

Because each Verragio ring is made according to your choice of metal, finger size and the size and shape of your center stone, you can expect a delivery time of 4-6 weeks.

MIY stands for “Make It Yours.” Verragio is THE only engagement ring company that truly allows you to create a custom piece according to YOUR taste.

Can I work with Verragio to customize a ring that is unique to me?

That is the beauty of Verragio. Our “Make It Yours” feature allows you to customize each and every component of your engagement ring. Warranty Questions

What Does Verragio's Limited Lifetime Warranty cover?

Verragio stands behind all product purchased through authorized retailers. Under this warranty, Verragio guarantees that your product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Verragio's warranty will cover any repairs necessary as a result of normal wear and tear.

What is “normal wear and tear”?

Due to the handmade nature of Verragio engagement rings and wedding bands, stones may come loose over time and require tightening and metal may need to be have rhodium reapplied. These are all circumstance of normal wear and tear. You should be able to wear your rings every single day. Normal wear and tear does NOT include missing stones or repairs necessary as a result of any force put upon the ring, extreme wear, a ring being sized by someone other than Verragio, etc.

Are cleanings and sizings covered under warranty?

Although Verragio does not provide these services under warranty, several of our authorized retail partners may in fact offer you certain perks such as free cleanings or your first sizing complimentary.

I just noticed one of the small stones in my ring has fallen out. I would like to have it fixed and was wondering if this will be covered by Verragio?

The first step is to discuss this with the authorized Verragio retailer from where it was purchased. They will contact Verragio on your behalf to determine if the ring should be sent in to us for repair or if the stone can be replaced at the retail level. If the ring is sent to Verragio, we will provide a full quality control inspection to determine if the cause of the missing stone is a result of normal wear and tear, and if so, will be covered under warranty.

If we have the center diamond set by a local jeweler will it void the warranty on the setting?

Your Verragio warranty will be VOID if you have your center stone set by a local jeweler that is NOT a Verragio authorized retailer. Verragio has a specific network of Verragio retail partners that should ALWAYS be utilized for setting your center stone in one of our styles.

Would having my diamond set in my Verragio ring, by an authorized dealer, void the lifetime warranty?

NO. Your Verragio warranty will remain in tact if your center stone is set by one of Verragio's authorized retail partners, providing that the retail partner adheres to the parameters of what size stone can be set into the existing ring.

My ring is 18k white gold but on the bottom of the ring the color is starting to wear. Is it supposed to do that and is it covered by your warranty?

Over time, your ring may lose lustre as a result of wear. Do not fret! This is totally normal! By having your ring cleaned and/or refurbished, which may require the piece to have rhodium reapplied, your ring will look just as it did the day you put it on your finger!

I had my ring repaired by a Verragio retail partner, is my ring still covered by Verragio's warranty?

In most cases yes, your ring will still be covered by Verragio's warranty. However, our retail partners are encouraged to always send any rings needing repair to us for inspection. This is the only 100% way to guarantee that all work will be covered under warranty. For example, if the store sizes your ring, and in doing so, chips a stone or damages the metal in the process, and it comes back to us for inspection after, the repairs necessary to restore it to it's original condition may NOT be covered.

Does the warranty cover the ring as well as the diamond?

Verragio is a designer and manufacturer of the actual ring. We do not provide the center stone in our rings at this time. As such, if something happens to your center stone, whether it is lost or damaged during wear, Verragio's warranty will NOT cover the replacement of it. You should always have an insurance policy in place to protect your center stone.

How do I send my ring to Verragio's workshop for repair?

Verragio rings must be sent to us via an authorized retail partner. Due to insurance reasons, we will NOT accept any packages that do not come from one of our authorized stores, or do not have a Return Authorization number included.

How do I check the status of my repair?

Please contact the Verragio retail partner that you worked with to check on your repair, as all information is communicated directly with them. Please keep in mind that most Verragio repairs take approximately 2 weeks.
